Meet The Team
Hillary Kuenn, President & Founder
Hillary is a career and entrepreneurial consultant, skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources. A speaker, trainer and career transition expert – Hillary brings a strong background in organizational development techniques, career coaching, and corporate training and development. After earning her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Hillary opened HiConsulting Services to help others reach their career goals. She is a dedicated member of the local community, volunteering and working with local organizations to create small business growth and job opportunities. Hillary is a board member with AZ Talent CoOp, Chief of Staff for PHX Startup Week and recently nominated for an Athena Award through the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
Hillary’s hobbies include travel and exploring the southwest with her husband, niece and two dogs. She rides a Honda dirt bike, loves to be out on the lake and hates tomatoes unless it’s salsa.
Nicole Escudero, Executive Resume Writer
Nicki’s career began as a digital marketer and journalist for one of the largest daily newspapers in the United States, ‘The Arizona Republic,’ part of the Gannett/’USA Today’ network. She also worked as an assistant editor for five international art magazines, working on deadline to edit and write dozens of articles each month. She has since focused on writing for the web, delivering insightful articles, blog posts, ebooks and other business and marketing materials for an array of industries. From hundreds of international print magazine stories, to thousands of search engine optimized content marketing and social media posts, she’s written it all.
Jackie Tetzloff, Technical Resume Writer
Jackie started out in administrative roles after graduating in 2011 with her Bachelor’s in English. During her professional tenure, she found her love for helping others with their resumes after several friends and former colleagues asked for her assistance. When she finally moved into the recruiting industry, that’s when she realized she wanted to extend her work to freelancing. One of her favorite types of resumes to work on is technical because of all the keywords that can be used.
