Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving AHCCCS members throughout Arizona. Please join us for the 7th annual Connections Conference.
This is an event that will educate and inspire. It’s focused on community resources, integration and peer and family support services. It will also touch on other topics related to members, families, peers and providers. You’ll have a chance to hear from keynote speakers, enjoy a networking dinner/lunch and talk to support services providers.

Getting Out There: Learn Techniques to Get the Job
Networking allows you access to opportunities you might not be able to find on your own. Your network has the potential to provide you with insight into different fields, information on what potential employers look for and advice on how you can improve professionally.
During this session we will be discussing the power of building a network focusing on 4 key areas:
- How to develop & use networks
- How hobbies, interests and passions can translate to transferrable skills in the workforce
- How to connect with employers via online platforms
- How to present well to employers virtually and face-to-face
Hillary Kuenn
Hillary Kuenn is a career and entrepreneurial consultant, skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources. A speaker, trainer and career transition expert – Hillary brings a strong background in organizational development techniques, career coaching, and corporate training and development. After earning her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Hillary opened HiConsulting Services, a company dedicated to helping others reach their greatest potential in life and work.
Hillary is a dedicated member of the local community, volunteering and working with local organizations to create small business growth and job opportunities. Additionally, she enjoys travel and exploring the southwest with her husband, niece and two dogs.
