Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first of our new webinar series, “Career Success.” A huge shout-out to Kathy DeCocq for leading us through an informative and interactive discussion!
Some of our favorite take-aways were:
1. Set expectations with all family members (both living with you or apart) using clear communication and tools. (Such as different colored clothespins to label free time vs. busy time.)
2. Creating “commute” time is important to separate the workday from personal time.
3. Get up, get dressed, move and have good posture. Poor habits will slowly sneak up on us over time and could lead to big problems in the future.
